“To implement policies and processes aimed at ensuring operational reliability regarding Safety and Environment issues;
To ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements;
To preserve the safety and health of employees through a commitment to preventing injuries and occupational diseases through safe behavior actions;
Management of identified hazards and risks in activities, with the conviction that all accidents and occupational diseases can be prevented;
To identify and control significant environmental impacts through a commitment to its protection and other commitments within the organization’s context;
To anticipate and respond promptly to emergency situations;
To provide employee training through continuous training application and seek integration and motivation of the workforce, with an ethical stance of non-acceptance of slave labor, child labor, or any other situation of moral harassment.”
Vertical Group aims to preserve the safety and health of employees through a commitment to preventing injuries and occupational diseases through safe behavior actions, encouraging them to work consciously and safely in their activities. To achieve this, it conducts training and other actions in its safety program outlined in the Health, Safety, and Environment Manual.

In August 2021, VERTICAL METALMECÂNICA had its Regularization Environmental License renewed for another 5 years.
